The Health Nut in Howick opened in 2007 and has gradually grown through the loyal support of the local community and visitors into a fully-fledged Health Store, offering a full range of products and services.
I knew relatively little about the Health industry when I first opened my shop, but chose to grow my business according to demand. I still abide by this principal and realise that we will never stop growing and learning in this exciting field.
Since my small beginnings in 2007, I have opened a second branch - The Health Nut Hilton, studied an International Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and trained to conduct Live Blood Analysis.
